My passion is helping people find and use their strengths to make difference they want to make in their world. My career began as a community organizer with refugees and grew to designing and facilitating programs for international professionals including grassroots women leaders. These experiences led me to management consulting focusing on leadership development, strategic planning, community and education-based program development and executive coaching. Now, as a partner at Thrive at Work, a company I co-founded in 2013,  I get to bring my passions to life everyday with my partners. We work across industries to help leaders and teams grow, plan, connect to make the impact that matters most in our fast changing world.  My work is supported by graduate studies in international social work and positive organization development and certificates in positive psychology and yoga. I live in Cleveland with my husband, Dan, and my son Will and daughter Sylvia. You’ll find us around Temple at Shabbaton. When we’re not at Temple, we love exploring our city and our world, although we all savor cozy weekends at home watching movies or reading together.
