Eti and her husband Alex grew up in former Soviet Union. They became refuseniks, who fought for their right to emigrate to Israel. They made Aliya in 1972 and had two sons born in Haifa. Alex is a veteran of IDF.

Eti received her PhD from the Technion in Material Science, and had a successful career in big international conglomerates: IBM and GE.

Since her retirement she pursues her life-long interests in Jewish Community and being an advocate for Israel. She volunteers for Rambam Hospital in Haifa, and is a member of CRC, and St. Petersburg Sub-Committee at Ceveland Jewish Federation.

Eti and Alex joined TTTI in 2013. She is a co-chair of Chai Lifers, and a member of Social Action committee.
