What is Nefesh Shabbat?
Shabbat is our day of rest, reflection, and time to gather with the community. We invite you and the entire family for an uplifting spiritual experience that is innovative, participatory and accessible to all. The word “nefesh (נפש),” meaning soul, reminds us that prayer is not only through our Jewish text but also the spontaneity of our heart.
