Under the supervision of their Supervisor, Iree Reich, our madrichim (teen aides) created the Yad L'Yad (Hand to Hand) program. The madrichim taught students in grades K-6 texts on Jewish Values regarding how we should behave toward each other. Now, madrichim recognize students when they see them behaving with loving kindness toward each other and others in the building during the normal course of the day. Students receive a card that they can take home, show their parents, and keep, and their special act is posted on the bulletin board across from the Education Office. Our acts of loving kindness (G'milut Chasadim) are growing!

- Iree Reich
